Effective October 17, 2026. JRR Services FL LLC is responsible for Zinnia Home & Office Cleaning and the information submitted through this website.
We collect your name, email, optional phone number, service and city/area to review and answer your inquiry. If you choose SMS, we also record your choice, the exact consent text and version, submission time and source. Submitting the form does not confirm a booking or trigger automatic email or SMS.
Cloudflare hosts the website and stores inquiries in a private D1 database. Turnstile processes technical browser and connection signals to protect the form against abuse. Authorized business personnel review inquiries through an authenticated private console. We do not use advertising trackers or sell inquiry data.
Our retention policy for inquiries that do not result in a booking is 90 days. Records are reviewed before removal; automated deletion is not enabled. Consent evidence and any future opt-out records are handled separately and are not automatically erased under that rule. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; applicable obligations and suppression needs may affect what we can remove.
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent is not transferred to another sender. Necessary service providers process information only to provide the requested services. SMS delivery is not connected; Twilio does not receive these form submissions.
